Sustaining Bohol’s Growth: The 1st PDC ExeCom Meeting Under Gov. Aris Aumentado

Council Chairman is Governor Erico Aristotle C. Aumentado. Other members include SP Committee on Finance, Budget and Appropriations Chairman Vice Governor Dionisio Victor A. Balite, Bohol First Congressional District Representative Atty. Edgar M. Chatto, Bohol Second Congressional District Representative Maria Vanessa C. Aumentado, Bohol Third Congressional District Representative Kristine Alexie B. Tutor, League of Municipalities of the Philippines (LMP)-Bohol President Mayor Dave D. Duallo, Liga ng mga Barangay Federated President Dr. Romulo G. Cepedoza, Private Sector Representative to RDC-7 Argeo J. Melisimo, Private Sector Representative to RDC-7 Francis Bernard I. Batoy, Private Sector Representative to RDC-7 Aurelio S. Salgados Jr., and Bohol Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI) President Dominic B. Butalid.

Provincial Planning and Development Coordinator Atty. John Titus J. Vistal heads the PDC Secretariat.

Provincial Budget Officer Peter Ross M. Retutal presented to the council the proposed Supplemental Investment Program No. 5 CY 2022 of the Province of Bohol, with a total proposed investment amount of PhP 84,149,840.00,

Conal Holdings Corporation Project Manager Engr. Noel P. Galinato presented to the council the proposed 95.2 MW in-Island Baseload Power Plant in Bohol, which will be located in Barangay Imelda, Ubay, Bohol with a total initial project cost of PhP 1.5 Billion.

Ar. Nino Guidaben presented the proposed Metro Bohol project that is composed of five (5) integrated components like the Maribojoc Light Industrial with an International Container Port, Cortes Medical City Mixed-use with Residential/commercial/Agro-industrial/ Educational Institutions, Corella-Sikatuna-Loboc Ecological Tourism Zones for Sub-urban Residential and Satellite Commercial Zones and Agro-industrial (Urban Farms) Zones, Panglao Eco-tourism Zone and Medium Rise Residential Tourism Zones, and Tagbilaran City-Dauis-Baclayon Highly Urbanized Economic Activity/Sports Facilities, Conventions/Active Commercial Districts, Digital Infrastructure, Educational Institutions and Cultural Capital.
