Under the present administration, providing stable and sufficient supply of power and water are the two pillars of development on which all other developments are anchored. To exercise transparency and participation, the new administration warrants the participation of local stakeholders in various similar project presentations for proper project evaluation and to ensure that the provincial component Local Government Units (LGUs) arrive with the decision most advantageous to the majority of the Boholano constituents.
